Tony Tam has been the driving force behind Swagger, the leading API description format used by developers in almost every modern programming language & deployment environment to design and deliver APIs that fuel IoT, microservices and mobile applications, since it began in 2011.
Ole Lensmar is chief technology officer at SmartBear Software. Ole is the co-founder of Eviware Software which was acquired by SmartBear in 2011. At Eviware Software, Ole created SoapUI, now the most used open source-testing tool in the world with five million downloads and one million active users.
Laura Heritage is the Director of API Strategy at Akana, and works with customers to establish API strategies & implement API platforms. Previously, Laura has worked at IBM serving as a Product Line Manager where she was responsible for creating and growing IBM’s API Management business strategy.
Arnaud Lauret is an IT Architect at AXA Banque working on API design, documentation, software architecture, tools and governance. Arnaud also frequently publishes on his website, The API Handyman, and is the creator of The API Stylebook, which aims to help API Designers to solve API design matters and build their API design guidelines by providing quick and easy access to selected and categorized resources.
As a Developer Experience Product Manager for SendGrid, Matt works to constantly improve the SendGrid experience for developers who are building integrations by focusing on the entire API ecosystem of new products and features, API design, documentation, and API libraries.
John Purcell is an accomplished technology and business leader with over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. Prior to SmartBear, he was Senior Director, Products for LogMeIn, Inc. where he held various product leadership positions across the company’s key Customer Care and IT Management portfolios for nearly five years.
